We start with a roof structural assessment and review the last 12 months of half hourly MPAN consumption. Roof area, orientation, pitch, and shading are measured on site. You receive a scoped design, generation forecast, and indicative pricing within two weeks of first visit.
The system is sized to your consumption profile, not your roof area. Generation, on site use, and export are modelled in detail. Payback is run across all three finance routes, outright, lease, and PPA, and you pick the route before design freeze.
Planning permission checks and permitted development confirmation, DNO G99 notification for systems above 16A per phase, and structural loading sign off for the roof. Insurance assessment and project pack filing all complete before the install crew arrives.
