Easee One
The Scandinavian all-rounder. Compact, quietly styled, and packed with smart charging tech we fit more than any other charger.
- WiFi
- 4G eSIM
- Untethered
- App control
Everything the ePod does, plus a colour screen and a tethered cable. The Home Pro shows your schedule, charging speed and cost on the charger itself, and the cable is always ready on the wall. It is the UK’s most searched for home charger for a reason.
Based on a simple installation: a spare way on your existing fuse board, 10 metres of cable, clipped. If your board is full or the run is longer we will tell you before any work starts. Final price confirmed after a photo survey. No surprises on the day.
Every figure checked against the manufacturer datasheet by the engineers who install the Ohme Home Pro.

Figures from the Ohme Home Pro specification sheet, checked by our install team.
The Home Pro pairs its on charger screen with the same Ohme app that made the brand famous. Link your tariff once and charging lands in the cheapest hours automatically, with routines, plug in approvals and cost tracking in your pocket.
The Home Pro is the charger we point people at when they want smart tariff charging but do not want to live in an app. The screen sounds like a small thing until you own one. Walking past and seeing tonight’s schedule, the current speed and what the session cost is the kind of feedback that builds trust in the whole setup.
Underneath it is the same Ohme brain as the ePod: native Intelligent Octopus Go integration, dynamic charging and a built in SIM. The tethered cable suits drivers who charge daily and do not want to fetch a cable from the boot every evening.
One honest caveat, the same one we give on the ePod. Ohme chargers are cellular only, with no WiFi fallback, so they need good mobile signal where you park. Weak coverage means a flaky app and unreliable smart charging. We check signal strength at the survey before recommending one.
Search interest tells its own story here. This is the most looked up home charger in the UK, and having installed them, we understand why. It simply does what it promises.
The colour display shows your charging schedule, live charging speed, energy delivered and the cost of the session. You can check everything at the charger without opening the app.
Same smart charging platform, different body. The Home Pro adds a colour screen and a tethered 5 m cable. The ePod is smaller, untethered and slightly cheaper. If you want visible feedback and a cable on the wall, choose the Home Pro. If you want minimal and universal, choose the ePod.
A 5 m tethered Type 2 cable is standard, and an 8 m cable is available as an upgrade. We confirm the right length at the survey so the cable reaches your charging port comfortably without coiling on the floor.
Ohme integrates with Intelligent Octopus Go natively and supports scheduling against other time of use tariffs. Note that OVO dropped Ohme from Charge Anytime in 2025, so OVO customers should look at the Hypervolt or the Zappi instead.
It runs entirely on its built in SIM, so it never touches your WiFi. That also means it is cellular only: it needs good mobile signal where you park, and weak coverage can make the app and smart charging unreliable.
We check signal strength at the survey. If your parking spot has poor coverage, we will tell you straight and recommend a WiFi connected charger instead.
Every charger on this page comes with the same survey, installation by our own engineers, certification and aftercare. Only the hardware changes.
