Every charger connects to a cloud based management platform. The system tracks real time status, energy delivery, payment processing, and connectivity. If a unit drops offline or reports an error, the platform flags it within 30 seconds.

The most common faults fall into four categories. Connectivity issues between the charger and network backend. Payment terminal failures preventing contactless transactions. Cable and connector damage from repeated use or vandalism. And power delivery faults in circuit breakers or control boards.
Planned maintenance windows count as exempt time under the regulations. Smart operators schedule servicing during low usage periods so uptime numbers stay clean.

Warranty and Service Level Agreements
