EV-ON Privacy Policy

PRIVACY POLICY

 

At EV-ON Group Limited, located at 27 Gloucester Street,London, England (referred to as "EV-ON," "we,""us," and "our"), we take the confidentiality and privacy of the personal information of our customers, vendors, business partners, website visitors, and other individuals we interact with seriously. Transparency is a key principle at EV-ON and we are committed to complying with data privacy regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR), and maintaining secure data processing procedures.

 

EV-ON acts as the data controller for the processing of your personal information. This privacy policy will detail how we collect and use personal information from you when you use our website, third party user portals, and mobile applications. Our "Website" refers to www.ev-on.com and any other sites and applications we own and operate, while "user portals" and"mobile applications" refer to ours’s and third-party products.

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter - the Privacy Policy) applies to all
information about the Client, which may be obtained by the company EV-
ON Group Limited (hereinafter - the EV-ON), through which it provides
installation of charging stations.
 

1. Definitions
1. The following terms are used in the Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. Personal data– any information relating directly or indirectly to
the Client (individual / legal entity - the subject of personal data).
1.1.2. Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions
(operations) carried out with/without the use of automatic processing of personal
data, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage,
clarification (update, change), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion, destruction of
personal data.
1.1.3. Confidentiality of personal data;– mandatory compliance with the
requirement not to allow the dissemination of personal data without the consent of
the Client or the existence of other legal grounds.
1.1.4. Charging station – is a machine that supplies electric energy for the
recharging of plug-in electric vehicles—including electric cars, neighbourhood electric
vehicles, and plug-in hybrids.
   
 

2. Subject of Privacy Policy

 

2.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligation of EV-ON to ensure the
protection of the confidentiality of personal data received from
the Client during a process of installation of a charging station.
2.2. Personal data allowed for processing under this Privacy Policy are provided
by the Client by filling out the appropriate forms before installation of
charging station and include the following information:
2.2.1. last name and first name / company name and last name, first name of a
director or any representative of the Client;
2.2.2. date of birth;
2.2.3. phone number and other contacts of the Client;
2.2.4. Clients e-mail address;
2.2.5. the region of location and exact address of the Client;
2.2.6. information about Clients MPAN meter number;
2.2.7. Clients mobile phone number;
2.2.8. Clients payment details;
2.2.9. Clients fuse board details;
2.2.10. Extended information about Clients property, including photo/video files on
which the Clients property is fixed;

2.2.11. information on the organisational structure of the Clients company and the
method of interaction between Client and its customers;
2.2.12. EV-ON support service collects data provided when contacting support to
resolve any issues that may arise during the use of the charging station. 
3. The purpose of personal data collection

 
3.1. Personal data is collected in order to:          
3.1.1. identify Client and analyse the possibility of providing him with an
installation of charging station;
3.1.2. collect information and make analysis about potential clients;
3.1.3. for advertising and marketing purposes, offering discounts, etc.;
3.1.4. to monitor compliance of Clients property to requirements of the rules of the
related;
3.1.5. for filling an OVEZ grant application and further communication with DNO;
3.1.6. improvement of the EV-ON and development and creation of new functions
and services.        
 

4. Methods and terms of personal data processing

 

4.1. The processing of personal data of the Client is carried out without limitation,
in any lawful manner, including the use of automatic processing of personal
data, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage,
clarification (update, change), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion, destruction of
personal data.
4.2. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, EV-ON should inform
the Client about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
4.3. EV-ON takes the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect
the personal information of the Client from unauthorised or accidental access,
destruction, distortion, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other illegal
actions of third parties.
4.4. EV-ON together with the Client takes all necessary measures to prevent
damage or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of
personal data of the Client.          
 

5. Terms of use of the EV-ON service

 

5.1. When providing services of installing charging stations, EV-ON, acting
reasonably and honestly, believes that the Client:
5.1.1. have all the necessary rights that allow him to buy the service;
5.1.2. indicate reliable information about themselves in the amounts necessary
provide them with the service;
5.1.3. aware that the information about Client will be collected and used in
accordance with Privacy Policy;

5.1.4. acquainted with this Privacy Policy and agrees with it and restrictions set it
and take over these rights and responsibilities;
5.1.5. EV-ON has no duty to check certainty of received information, except
situations where such check is required to provide services to the Client.
5.2. The Client (or Clients customer) confirms that he has reached the 14 age
and the required level of ability to handle electronic devices, for
using charging stations.
 

6. Contact details of EV-ON

 
6.1. In case of any questions or the need to solve any problems related to the use of
the service, the Client may contact the support service of EV-ON.
6.2. The response to the Clients request will be provided within 30 calendar days
from the date of such request. This period may be extended to 90 days if it is
necessary for the consideration of such application.

7. Validity of the Privacy Policy and amendments thereto

 

7.1. In the event of changes to the Privacy Policy, the Client will be notified. If the
changes in the Privacy Policy are significant, EV-ON will make every effort
to notify the Client. If changes to the document are negligible EV-ON
will inform Client about such changes by publishing the revised Privacy
Policy.
7.2. This Policy enters into force on April 1, 2021. The original text of
the Privacy Policy set out in English and takes precedence over other
translations of this document.
